Some great news from TV land (of which I am a frequent visitor). Pushing Daisies won its timeslot yesterday with an awesome 9.2/14 rating/share, which was 12.83 million viewers, with big numbers in the key demos. Those are all great numbers, which is awesome because Pushing Daisies is the best new show of the season. Hopefully, those numbers will go up next week as people tell their friends about how awesomely awesome it was. Just like you will do now. NOW.

• Calacanis is still a twat.
• Microsoft wants your health records. There are worse people to give it to…
• AppleInsider and Think Secret make the rather obvious observations that Leopard will ship about as late as Apple can get away with. They probably want every day to ponder fixing the obnoxious Dock.
• In other Apple news, lots of people want to use iPhones on networks that aren’t AT&T. Like people here in Canada. Rogers, get it together.
• Blackberry maker RIM has a not-bad quarter. iPhone hasn’t taken off in business yet…
